Congratulations Australia!
Through our hugely successful and innovative 'Cartridges 4 Planet Ark' program, we've recycled over 18 million printer cartridges!
Join our campaign to reach 20 million by the end of March 2013. You can drop your cartridges into all Officeworks and JB Hi-Fi stores and at participating Australia Post, Harvey Norman, Dick Smith, Tandy and The Good Guys outlets. Click to find your nearest drop-off location.
On this site you will:- Learn what happens to your cartridges beyond the box,
- See what your recycled cartridges become,
- Find out if your business qualifies for a free collection box,
- Read the latest research on Australia's recycling behaviour, and much more.
‘Cartridges 4 Planet Ark' is an example of an effective extended producer responsibility program. The cost of collecting, transporting, and recycling the cartridges, as well as promoting the program, is paid for by the participating equipment manufacturers - Brother, Canon, Epson, HP, Konica Minolta, Kyocera and Lexmark.
